Silk organza, PVA glue, linen yarn, reclaimed wood.

Combustion Series examines silk organza through controlled burning. Heat functions as both a destructive and generative force. The resulting surfaces retain traces of their former structure while revealing new textures, edges, and tonal shifts produced through combustion. By allowing the material to partially consume itself, the works explore impermanence and vulnerability.
